Booking & Payment
Once your quote is approved, a non-refundable booking retainer is required to secure your event date. Your remaining balance is due two weeks before your event.

What is your location coverage area ?
How is custom décor priced?
Custom décor is quoted based on the size and style of the installation, materials, customization, venue requirements and setup time. Submit your event details and we’ll provide a personalized quote based on your needs.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, corporate events and peak celebration dates. Your event date is secured once your booking retainer has been received.
