Delivery fee depends on your location:

For Party Supplies and Smaller Packages

• within 5km of HRM - $10
• within 10km of HRM - $20
• within 15km of HRM - $30

For Pre-Designed, Custom and Corporate Decorations, Delivery fees are added to your final package price.

Available Anywhere: We deliver our wide array of party supplies, including tableware, bakeware, and party favors, anywhere you need them. Whether you're in Halifax or beyond, our Canada Post delivery ensures your party essentials are just a few clicks away.

Shipping & Delivery Details:

• Charges: Vary based on location and order size based on shipping method selected at checkout.
• Shipping Times: If Local Delivery is Used, Delivery is Scheduled Weekly on Tuesday to Thursday between 11am - 2pm. If Canada Post is chosen, details of shipping is provided by Canada Post.
• Pickup: You can pick up items between 11 am - 2 pm with at least 2 hrs. before pickup time and after our opening hours. Wait for our pickup is ready confirmation message before you head up to pick up your items.
• Packaging: Securely packaged for safe transport.
• Nationwide Delivery: Our party supplies reach across the country, making them accessible wherever you are.

Specialized in Halifax: Our Balloon in a box delivery service is dedicated to the Halifax Regional Municipality. Choose from a variety of balloons, including personalized and floral designs, perfect for any celebration.

• Times: Delivery is Scheduled Weekly on Tue-Fri between 11am - 2 pm.
• Pickup: You can pick up items between 11 am - 2 pm with at least 2 hrs before pickup time and after our opening hours. Wait for our pickup is ready confirmation message before you head up to pick up your items.
• Packaging: Balloon are delivered in a 24" Box.

• Local Collection: Available at our Halifax Production Studio (Tues - Fri: 10 AM - 4:00 PM; Sat - 10 AM - 4 PM).
• Recommendation: For timely setup, consider collecting your decor or having it delivered a day before the event.

• Consultation: Start with a consultation to capture every detail of your vision. We encourage you to book a session with us to discuss your specific needs.

• Advance Booking: We recommend booking your event decor at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability and detailed planning.

Additional Details:

• Rental Fees: Some decor elements may incur additional rental fees.
• Post-Event Drop-Off: Rentals require the return or drop-off of props post-event, which can be coordinated with our team.

Collection and Setup:

• Local Collection: Available from our Production Centre in Halifax. More details for collection will be based on the event date and discussed during consultation.
• Delivery and Setup Recommendation: For a smooth event, consider scheduling delivery or collection of decor a day before your event.

• Plan Ahead: Early planning ensures that every aspect of your event decor is executed to perfection.
• Rental Agreement: Be sure to review rental agreements for any additional terms regarding the use and return of props.
