General Returns
- You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Custom Personalized Orders
- Due to their bespoke nature, custom personalized orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- If your custom order is not as requested or is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at blushdecor.ca@gmail.com.
DIY Kits
- DIY Kits must be returned unused and unopened within the 3-day return window to qualify for a refund.
- Shipping costs for returning DIY Kits are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds for General Returns and DIY Kits
- Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping Costs
- Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
- For damaged or defective items upon delivery, contact us immediately for instructions and arrangements for a replacement or refund.
Sale Items
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us for arrangements.
Gifts
- If the item was a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the gift giver.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule installations without penalty at least 72 hours before the event. Reschedule within 365 days at Blush Decor's availability.
- Cancellations: Store credit will be issued for cancellations. Partial refunds are discretionary. No refunds for cancellations within 14 days of the event.
Deposits
- A non-refundable $75 retainer confirms event booking on Blush Decor’s calendar.
