Services Offered

Blush Decor provides balloon and event decor services, including but not limited to personalized and custom decor, DIY kits, and standard products.

Ordering and Payment

• Orders can be placed through our website or by direct contact for larger or custom orders.
• Full payment is required at the time of ordering for online purchases.
• For custom and corporate orders, a $250.   non-refundable retainer is required, with the balance due as per the agreement.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Refer to our detailed Refund & Return Policy for information on cancellations and refunds.
• Custom orders have different refund terms due to their personalized nature.

Corporate Clients

• Corporate clients may be subject to specific contractual agreements, which will be negotiated and agreed upon separately.
• Corporate events and orders are bound by the terms of their individual contracts, in addition to these general terms and conditions.

Product Descriptions and Accuracy

• We strive to ensure that all product descriptions and prices are accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

• All designs, products, and content on the Blush Decor website are the property of Blush Decor and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Liability and Indemnity

• Blush Decor shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising out of or in connection with the products and services.
• Users agree to indemnify Blush Decor against all liabilities, costs, expenses, damages, and losses arising out of any breach of these terms.

Delivery, Balloon Care, and Rush Orders

• Delivery schedules and balloon care guidelines are as specified on our website.
• Rush orders are subject to availability and additional fees as outlined in our policies.

Privacy

• Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

• We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
