Ordering and Payment

Orders can be placed through our website or by direct contact for larger or custom orders.
Full payment is required at the time of ordering for online purchases.
For custom and corporate orders, a $75 retainer is required, with the balance due as per the agreement.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Custom orders have different refund terms due to their personalized nature.

Corporate Clients

Corporate clients may be subject to specific contractual agreements, which will be negotiated and agreed upon separately.
