All service request will be followed by a 50% non-refundable deposit invoice, to book you into our calender after which our team will start the planning process.


All inquiries that are submitted with a reference photo will be followed with an estimate for the client to consider. If the estimate is accepted and invoice will follow for a 50% non-refundable deposit to book you into our calender.

Once a deposit is received your event date is reserved on our calender. We will then consult to discuss colour and style for the event  2 options are often presented to the client to decided on. Once both parties have agreed,  preparations begin with no further need for contact, Unless circumstances beyond our control arise.  We will be a

All DEPOSITS are non-refundable.


Due to the nature of our business refunds are ONLY facilitated If you have a minimum of 3 weeks prior to your booked event with us. For dates that are less than 3 weeks we ONLY offer a store credit for future use based on our availability.
