Delivery can at times be canceled during inclement weather, we usually communicate this 24hrs prior to delivery to accommodate a refund, or pick up!

Special delivery can be facilitated for out of province  clients to Hospitals ONLY. Our regular delivery applies other wise. Please list name of recipient, floor and room # and a contact person if possible. Please ensure reception is expecting your delivery. Hospitals will not accept latex balloons ensure that you select a foil bundle for your purchase.

May at times be considered to hospitals or for newborn baby arrival ,  if we are available in the studio and can satisfactorily carry out the request. A 3hr window must be available for us to consider the request, only pick up is available for these requests.
